“There is no greater contribution than to fully invest oneself into a collaborative vision that challenges our core values and develops our divine talents for the betterment of our fellow man. “

GREG SICOTTE — President & Co-Founder

If you want to fit in here, you need to know a few things.

We aim to provide a stable, yet exciting platform to develop our employees’ ideas, talents, passions and efforts for the purpose of building one of the Northwest’s most desired companies to work for.

We aim to provide the highest value customer experience for any construction, remodeling, maintenance or cleaning service your home requires. We accomplish this through proper training and commissioning of exceptional people who aim to serve our customer in their chosen field of expertise.

We aim to build strong alliances through the creation of new sales opportunities, improving B2B communication, streamlining inefficient processes and exploring sustainable business profitability.

Puget Services is the unifying axis of a business development plan created, funded and led by Strategic Asset Ventures, Inc. (SAVI). What began as a simple, owner-operated home maintenance company in 1998, when merged with a high-end coatings company in 2014, has grown to offer more than 100 services for your home.

In the Autumn of 2014, Puget Services pioneered the sale of variable-cost services through an eCommerce platform. Since that time, the company continues to expand the quantity and variety of services offered through this platform so that property owners can enjoy the most convenient experience to quote, purchase and schedule all of their home maintenance tasks from one trusted provider.

Puget Services will complete it’s Northwest proof-of-concept by the end of 2016 with plans to expand across the western United States under the brand UPROOST (www.uproost.com).

Accelerated growth of the company is expected to provide numerous local, regional and national employment opportunities.

On May 21st, 2016, Puget Services announced its commitment to give a percentage of its earned revenue in the fight against poverty, addiction and homelessness. By June 1st, 2019 Puget Services plans to donate a total of $100,000, or $33,333 each to the Lighthouse Mission (Whatcom County), Cocoon House (Snohomish County), and the Union Gospel Mission (King County).

DEDICATION  [noun. the quality of being dedicated or committed to a task or purpose.]

As a service-based organization, work ethic reigns supreme. The commitment kept by our personnel, from the senior executive to the most recent hire, is paramount to the successful attainment of our mission. Without dedication to the project, to the client, to the employee, to the employer, to one’s own word, and to all other intangible ethical principles, we would fail. We believe dedication is a value cultivated over time, intimately expressed in times of difficulty, that determines the success or failure of a company.

LOYALTY  [noun. a strong feeling of support or allegiance.]

United by a common vision, loyalty enriches our celebrations, and binds our workforce together during times of challenge. We prize those who do not chase after selfish gain alone, but stand together in support against the challenges of work and home life. While the primary objective of any workforce is the defined exchange of skill for financial gain, we invest in people as uniquely individual.

TRUTH  [noun. the quality or state of being true.]

The degree to which a person, thing or idea can be trusted is entirely dependent upon the inherent truth of the subject. We believe that without truth, meaning cannot exist; without meaning, purpose cannot exist. Without purpose, there is no potential for motive; without motive, nothing worthwhile can ever be accomplished. Truth is the foundation upon which we build all of our relationships.

HUMILITY  [noun. a modest or low view of one’s own importance; humbleness.]

No person ever lived that can accept sole responsibility for all of their accomplishments. Ralph Waldo Emerson said, “In my walks, every man I meet is my superior in some way, and in that I learn from him.” The modern culture of our day seeks to ignore this truth, however we believe any movement born from pride will thrive only for a short time. We believe the best long-term investment is to possess the open mind of a student, which requires the discipline of humility.

CHARITY  [noun. the voluntary giving of help.]

We believe that, while we are free to enjoy the rewards of our labor, we have a responsibility to help our brothers and sisters in need. At Puget Services, we do this by giving a percentage of our gross revenue to local organizations in the fight against poverty, addiction and homelessness in our community. Authenticity is essential to who we are, and we believe our resources must do more than simply reinforce success.

The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is that good men do nothing.” — Edmund Burke.

VALOR  [noun. great courage in the face of danger, especially in battle.]

While the idea of valor is typically reserved for men and women facing life-threatening circumstances, we believe there is more at stake than just our lives. On any given day we may be faced with confrontational language, a tempting opportunity or any variety of circumstances involving questionable ethics. It is only by careful navigation and courage in the battles we face that keeps our reputation, our families and our freedoms secure.
